Where we deliver
All over India. We do not ship internationally at present.
Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Orders above [amount] ship free.
Cash on delivery
COD is available on most pincodes for a fee of ₹100 per order, added at checkout. Prepaid orders have no such fee.
Every COD order is confirmed by WhatsApp or a phone call before dispatch. If we can't reach you after two attempts, the order is cancelled. Please make sure your number is correct at checkout.
Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries may be limited to prepaid orders.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation
- Nagpur and Maharashtra: [number] working days after dispatch
- Rest of India: [number] working days after dispatch
Festival periods, weather and local restrictions can add a few days. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by WhatsApp and email once your order is dispatched.
Failed delivery
Our courier attempts delivery up to three times. If it fails, the parcel returns to us. For prepaid orders we'll refund the item value, minus shipping, or re-ship at your cost.
Wrong address
Please check your address and pincode at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, re-shipping is charged again.
